3000K or 6000K? The Science of Lighting That Sells Houses (Without Renovation) At Royal House, we conduct a "Light Audit" before the photoshoot. Replacing 10 light bulbs costs R$ 50 and can increase the perceived value by R$ 5,000. 👉 Does your house feel cold? Let´s fix the lighting before viewings: Schedule here: https://calendar.app.google/FYW6GwVH7RqQn33u5 26 Jan 2026 min de leitura Lighting isn´t just about "having light." It´s optical physics. A common mistake is placing "Daylight" (6000K - bluish white) bulbs in the room. This creates a sterile, "hospital-like" environment that the brain associates with cold and discomfort. The Technical Rule: Color Temperature: For living areas (Living Room/Bedrooms), we use 2700K to 3000K (Warm White) to create "Coziness." In kitchens and bathrooms, 4000K (Neutral White) to convey hygiene. We never use 6000K. CRI (Color Rendering Index): We use bulbs with a CRI > 90. Cheap bulbs (CRI < 80) distort colors (making wooden floors look gray). Share article FacebookXPinterestWhatsAppCopiar link Link copiado
