Many agencies promise "Virtual Tours," but deliver only a sequence of distorted panoramic photos. At Royal House, we use 3D volumetric capture technology (similar to Matterport), which uses lasers and infrared to map the depth of the space.

The Technical Difference (For those who like precision):

Point Cloud: Unlike a simple (2D) photo, our scanners create a three-dimensional mesh of the house. This allows a foreign buyer to extract exact measurements (with a margin of error of less than 1%) directly on the screen.

The Tool for the "Handyman" Buyer: An architect or contractor can download the .OBJ file of the virtual tour to AutoCAD and start planning the renovation without ever having entered the house. This accelerates the purchase decision for investors who buy to renovate.
